A bug that @dylanhmorris filed epiforecasts/scoringutils#979 has been fixed. There have also been a handful of other changes that haven't been pushed to CRAN. Should we switch to the dev version (or a pinned version of dev)?

Seems reasonable to me. I defer to you on latest dev versus pinning
