Conduct second round of usability testing of the Message testing MVP

Background & context

The primary goal of conducting usability testing is to determine if the feature meets its core success metric – reducing the time spent creating and testing messages. The secondary goal is to gather qualitative feedback on the functionality and usability of the design/content and implementation to inform future improvements. Ultimately, the findings iteratively improve the tool for internal onboarding engineers in the short-term and for external users in the long-term.

Open questions

• What prep work should be completed before the sessions? (I.e. creating Figma prototype backup, preparing sample test messages for fake receiver settings)
