Problem statement

Engagement has identified that logging more events in the Send Step would help identify potential improvements to Send Step exceptions. We want to log those proposed improvements for alignment with Platform team.

• Document created on Sharepoint that includes the new events needed, why they are needed, when they need to be triggered, and what information should be contained within them.
• Review with Victor and Chris to create Platform ticket
• Handoff meeting with Platform scheduled
• Document linked in this ticket
