Problem statement

Carbon Health sender missing specimen ID unable to locate file- report ID for this discrepancy is 1b0da3b6-8b62-46ef-a447-900a5153ee2e

What you need to know

CarbonEHR^2.16.840.1.113883.3.8224.1^ISO (West Moore^37D1086372^CLIA location- Missing fields for specimen ID - 5MAZ21pqUo9mBliXsBBVr3 / patient ID - 29188907: PID: ['11.1', '11.3', '11.4', '11.5']

Acceptance criteria

Confirm Sender result has all fields

To do

  • Locate File
  • Correct and resend test result
