Still being maintained?

This is somewhat related to #2, I'd like to get this into Bioconda.

Before I can go down that route, I wanted to reach out to see if this project is still being maintained. So, is it?

I ask because to add this to Bioconda, we would need a "release" to be made and more importantly a local version of the "pipeline.sh" (e.g. something that doesn't explicitly call singularity exec calls). I'm happy to make the changes.

Just looking to get some feedback. I think by getting this on Bioconda you will be able to reach a much wider audience.

Did you ever hear anything back about this Legionella pipeline or have you developed anything further with it?
I am a bioinformatician working with AZ DHS, and we would like to work with it as well.

Unfortunately, I have not heard anything and haven't developed it further.
