When I applied "width by distance" to the sample dataset, it showed all links , both epi and genetic to hav evaried widths. I turned on link labels, and saw that MT has assigned random distance values to epi links. PROD assigns a 0 value to epi links.
Not sure what is the right thing to do.
We should probably warn users not to do "width by distance' unless it is a molecular only network.
