When I create a session file in PROD and add polygons, save the session and open in Cytoscape, the polygons are not displayed. Node color attributes and distance threshold etc are fine

Also importantly, the largest cluster should have 5 nodes, but Cytoscape version only has 4

Unable to test because REFACTORED mossy is unable to open session files
