When merged this pull request will:

Adds new Parameter to CBA_fnc_globalSay3D:

  1. _instant - Deletes all previously attached sounds to play the current sound immediately (optional, default: false)

This will delete all previously attached #soundonvehicle soundsources from the target object, enabling to instantly play the new request - previously attached sounds have to use _attach, for this to work.

  1. _randomPitch - modifies pitch by +-5% to counter repetitive sounds
