v1.2 Minor Bug Fixes release with Win10 builds

• v1.2.1 has fixed screen resolution / window size
• v1.2.2 has resizable window

Minor Bug Fixes

• Camera now follows a target in the LevelSelect scene
• Sound is quieter
• Collision with walls and bumpers no longer causes player flickering
• Correct sounds now play when enemies are hurt
