Build jrcs/docker-letsencrypt-nginx-proxy-companion for ARM devices

Simple build of original jrcs/docker-letsencrypt-nginx-proxy-companion image for ARM devices (for example RaspberryPI).

This package use original Dockerfile with updates for ARM devices.
