Improved counters

Counters have been improved to allow for rolling and indefinite on all three counters.

Clean streaming

A lot less data is handled at each step of the process, allowing each individual program to be as simple as possible. This has made the OS less error prone. A summary of other features:

• Crontab installed on the user, rather than the system.
• Old serial data cleared up every 15 minutes.
• Serial data copied using SCP.
• No sudo required once installed.
