Added an unban feature, as well as a "ban status" icon to each ban record, determined by expiry date and unban status.

Added an unban feature, as well as a "ban status" icon to each ban record, determined by expiry date and unban status.
The unban button will appear IF the person has the "unban" permission, and the ban has not expired. Additionally, unbans will NOT affect trust score, but will remain on the record for staff to see.
