  • Uruchamia się po prawidłowym wykonaniu workflow build.yml
  • Używa osobnego pliku application-test.properties do konfiguracji z bazą danych
  • Korzysta z h2database
  • Nie zawiera ukrytych zmiennych środowiskowych

Zgodnie z dokumentacją:
Note: This event will only trigger a workflow run if the workflow file is on the default branch.
Więc nie ma jak tego workflow przetestować przed mergem. Trzeba założyć, że wszystko jest git.
