Building upon the Docker Compose configuration, this branch introduces a
devcontainer.jsonfile specifying this repository's development tools and settings. Because the repository uses multiple Docker Compose services, depending on the machine being used, an additionaldevcontainer.jsonspecifies the same settings for GPU-enabled machines.
