This repository has switched back and forth between using the ROS 1 (Noetic) and ROS 2 (Humble) drivers for Spot, partly due to known issues in the ROS 1 driver's URDF. The current working plan is to use the ROS 1 driver, for compatibility with the rest of our previous TAMP codebase (in Noetic), while slotting in the URDF from the repository providing Spot's ROS 2 driver.

Done When: Spot's ROS 1 driver builds within a Docker Compose service.
