This is the repository for DNAvisualization.org, a web tool to turn DNA sequences into interactive visualizations.

Development

To get the server working locally, first clone the repo:

git clone https://github.com/Benjamin-Lee/DNAvisualization.org.git
cd DNAvisualization.org.git

Build Setup

# install dependencies
$ npm install

# serve with hot reload at localhost:3000
$ npm run dev

# build for production and launch server
$ npm run build
$ npm run start

# generate static project
$ npm run generate
