Distance Transform and Minor correction

This release includes a simplified distance transform method for spots and surfaces.

This release fixes a bug when starting EasyXT from within another XTension

Coloc Modules

This version has several fixes and also now includes the possibility to use colocalization. It is however only compatible with Matlab 2015 because we make use of the great new table class.
