If you go to Course Management and then click on the Import Course Participants button. A modal will pop up. If you feed the modal a file, it should parse that file and display a new modal that will show all of the participants/courses it will be importing. The issue is that when you close the modal with the X in the top right, and then change the term, it will pop up again. This issue does not happen when you close it with cancel.
