this is the temporary patch from Alibaba that we are testing. We don't need to merge this PR at this time.

hi @BYGX-wcr , the way it works is to make the PR in sonic-net master branch, get merged there, then add the "Request for msft-202412 Branch" tag, and it will be moved here. Do you mind to submit the PR there? Directly submitting PR here will cause annoying future conflicts on this branch.
