Increase Worker.Extensions.DurableTask to v1.1.1 #2726

As titled. Routine PR for release. Updates are as follows:

  • Worker.Extensions.DurableTask v1.1.0 -> v1.1.1
  • Microsoft.DurableTask.Client.Grpc v1.1.0 -> v1.1.1
  • Microsoft.DurableTask.Worker.Grpc v1.1.0 -> v1.1.1
