This PR adds SkyAccess to the partner catalog under partners/servers, for the Microsoft Foundry Tools Catalog and the Azure API Center MCP Registry.

SkyAccess is the world's largest empty leg marketplace by listing volume. The hosted MCP server at https://mcp.skyaccess.com/mcp uses Streamable HTTP and needs no account or API key. It lets agents search 5,000+ live empty leg flights from 900+ FAA Part 135 (and international equivalent) certified charter operators, get indicative charter price estimates and return a booking link the traveler opens themselves.

Tools: search_empty_legs, get_flight, get_charter_estimate and booking_handoff are read-only. request_booking sends the traveler's name, email and trip details to SkyAccess so the team can follow up. The entry says this in the description. Prices are for the whole aircraft, with taxes and fees shown at checkout.

The entry has setup documentation, an MIT license link, a 512x512 icon and a support email. It does not change any existing entries.

Validation: all three repository checks passed locally (check-jsonschema against partners/server-schema.json, unique server names, unique security scheme keys). initialize and tools/list against the endpoint returned the five tools above without authentication. The icon, license and documentation URLs return HTTP 200.

The sign-up form will be submitted separately with a link to this PR.
