Shell Sort Algorithm
Description:
This PR adds the implementation of the Shell Sort algorithm, which is a generalization of Insertion Sort. Shell Sort improves upon Insertion Sort by comparing elements that are far apart and gradually reducing the gap between compared elements as the algorithm progresses. This approach helps to move elements closer to their final sorted positions more efficiently.
