Edit authors array inside the script and add author names to block posts from.

Edit keywords array inside the script and add the strings/keywords, to block posts containing those.

To install this script inside browser:

• Install tampermonkey extension
• Click its icon on top right corner
• Choose "create new script" option
• replace the code with not-this-one.js file's code
