Fix BSB Direct Debit error at checkout.

Changes proposed in this Pull Request

This PR fixes an error when an Australian account tries to pay with BECS at an Australian store. I separate the changes into two commits, the second commit is just npm run lint:php-fix.

Testing instructions

• Set up an Australian Account
• Enable BECS as a payment method
• Purchase a product
• Checkout with your location from Australia (Use BSB: 000-000)
• You should be able to checkout with this payment method.
