This PR checks in:
(1) Athena code for chapters 2 and 3 of the SF book (code/ch2.ath and code/ch3.ath); and
(2) Latex sources for chapters 2 and 3 of what is envisioned to be an Athena version of the SF book (latex_sources/ch2.tex and latex_sources/ch3.tex; do "pdflatex main" to build the entire document).
