What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)
The application state is now changed with the drag and drop of notes and saved in local storage. So the order of notes is kept.

Drag and drop only influences the view, not the model.
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
Drag and drop changes the model, therefore the order of notes is saved in the local storage.
