Installation

To get started with the project, follow these steps:

1. Clone the repository to your local machine using the following command:

   git clone https://github.com/Ashishyadav07/shopo.git
   

2. Open three terminals side by side and navigate to the corresponding project folders:

   • First Terminal:

     cd socket
     

   • Second Terminal:

     cd backend
     

   • Third Terminal:

     cd frontend
     

3. Install the necessary dependencies for each project by running the following command in each terminal:

   npm install
   

   Make sure you have Node.js and Git Bash installed on your computer before proceeding.

4. After the installation is complete, you are ready to run the project.

5. In the First Terminal, navigate to the 'socket' folder and run the following command to start the socket server:

   npm start
   

6. In the Second Terminal, navigate to the 'backend' folder and run the following command to start the backend server:

   npm run dev
   

7. In the Third Terminal, navigate to the 'frontend' folder and run the following command to start the frontend:

   npm start
   

Note: Make sure to run each command in a separate terminal to keep the services running simultaneously.
