Reading https://api.rubyonrails.org/classes/ActiveSupport/Deprecation.html I think you should really set a specific deprecation horizon. So something like:

Fix deprecation method ActiveSupport::Deprecation.warn. Replaced with ActiveSupport::Deprecation.new.warn
