Resolved #5

  • Added a setup script for arch based distro.
  • It would be advantageous for newcomers to Linux who lack extensive knowledge of Linux commands for package installation.
  • It will also lessen the need for manually installing frequently used packages.

Script is not so relevant and doesn't serves a general purpose for broad area of usage.

If you got any good generic script feel free to send another PR 😃
