Add 14

I was doing some math at home and came across 14 as the next positive integer after 13.

Testing

• checked it with my home calculator (TI-30XIIB)
• checked https://oeis.org/A000027 and it didn't disagree

@michaelgruenewald This is a fantastic implementation, however I cannot merge it in it's current state as another contributor submitted a similar PR before this which was just merged. I therefore must close this, with regret. I would gladly reconsider if you wish to make changes and reopen it.
