v1.2 Boilerplate and Completions

Added a boilerplate completion that triggers on <CsoundSynthesizer. It adds all the base tags, one instrument, and basic function tables.
Also cleaned up the completions and made the tag completions more obvious.

v1.1 Links and Fixes

All the links in the documentation will now open in the default web browser. The documentation page title is also a link so the page can be opened in the web browser. Modified the look of the documentation page and fixed html tables breaking the page. Also fixed the random (control) characters appearing the in build systems' outputs.

Don't forget to clear the documentation cache when you install this update (See the README).
