Thanks @acanakoglu. This is indeed required for BigQuery due to the partitioning of the tables. I need to check whether the other sql files need updating as well (most likely).
@lbiesheuvel Perhaps something to verify during the course?

The medical cohort query was not working in the BigQuery, the line is added to solve this problem.
