Broken Link to Code of Conduct in README

The README file for this repository currently contains a link to the project's Code of Conduct. However, when clicked, the link does not function as intended. This issue prevents users from easily accessing and reviewing the project's guidelines for behavior and conduct.

Expected Behavior:

When clicking the Code of Conduct link, users should be redirected to a page containing the project's specific guidelines for behavior and conduct.
