Adds an herb that spawns on sky islands, a planter box to go with it, and three potions crafted from it.
- Starlight Potion: Emits a powerful aura of light
- Shooting Star Potion: 20% increased bullet damage
- Flask of Dusk: Melee attacks slow enemies
