Similar to
sext,ashris also not rewritten to a combination ofextractandconcats. Theextractmethod already simplifiesextract(sext(...), ...). This PR extendsextractto also simpliyextract(ashr(...), ...). It adds the following rewrite:extract(ashr(x, shift), high, low) -> extract(x, high + shift, low + shift) if high + shift < x.bits()
