This program was conceived in 2014. For the source was taken a similar program on the forum: http://celestia.space/forum/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=16947
Unfortunately, the program did not develop, so I decided to do something similar. I named it the "Celestia Addon Builder".
Celestia Addon Builder development was stopped after the closing Celestia Forums. Now that Celestia Forums is working again, work on the program can be continued if it really benefits.
