Fix some issues reported by lintian
Trim trailing whitespace. (trailing-whitespace)
Set debhelper-compat version in Build-Depends. (uses-debhelper-compat-file)
Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Database, Bug-Submit, Repository-Browse. (upstream-metadata-file-is-missing, upstream-metadata-missing-bug-tracking)
Drop unnecessary dh arguments: --parallel (debian-rules-uses-unnecessary-dh-argument)
Remove field Section on binary packages dballe, dballe-common that duplicates source. (installable-field-mirrors-source)
