ANGSD-wrapper streamlines population genetic analyses in ANGSD. ANGSD-wrapper implements the following methods and calculations in ANGSD: Tajima's D, Theta Calculation, Genotype Likelihoods, Admixture, Principle Components Analysis (PCA), F_ST, Site Frequency Spectra (SFS), 2D Site Frequency Spectra, Inbreeding Coefficients, ABBA BABA, and inference of ancestral sequences. The current version in use is v0.911-44-g1c0ebb6.

ANGSD-wrapper also has a user-friendly graphing utility. Users can use Shiny Graphing for an interactive version of the plots.
