* Update Bulb of Harvests (#1480)

Updated the Harvesting the Bulb of Harvests quest based on retail video:

Added missing Adolescent Ash Gromnie spawns in the cave.
Improved vine hotspots to cover the entire area using a single large hotspot instead of multiple small hotspots spawned at random.
Moved Sanctum Guardian Spirit on the platform at the bottom of the case as seen in the retail video.
Corrected Temple Exit portal drop to match the retail video.
