In each folder, we load 'test.hdf5' in it.

In 'pretrained_model', 'checkpoint.ckpt' is a simple checkpoint with only state_dict, dumped by torch; while 'lightning_checkpoint.ckpt' is a checkpoint with additional information, dumped by pytorch_lightning.
