Finally added a modal form!

This release had to be remade as, for some reason, I accidentally selected v0.0.1's branch.

• Added :hover and :active styles to all buttons.
• Added custom cursors from Insaniquarium itself.
• Added some tools.
• Added some mods.
• Preview images can now be clicked to access the mod or tool's 'More Info' page alongside the pre-existing button.
• Altered some text on the 'Home' page.
• Added some more comments for extra clarity.
• Added three empty pages for both mods and one tool currently on the site.
• Fixed a typo that occurred in multiple places within the code but strangely didn't prevent anything from working.
• Headers now use '-webkit-text-stroke' instead of 'text-shadow', as it improves clarity and is supported by all browsers (I was previously operating on old information).

Replaced 'fish.png' with an edited version to comply with US fair-use laws. An '.ico' version is now also used as the site's favicon.

• Various other stylings have been added and altered.
