Once the preferences API has been updated (#80), here's the changes required to upgrade Readium's Swift Toolkit to 2.7.4.
There's a change in the Podfile which requires manual intervention of both the version numbers and the package name of
GCDWebServerhas changed toReadiumGCDWebServer. Aside from that it is a very simple upgrade.
