open_iA 2019.03
The .exe file attached below is an installer for Windows 64bit 7-10 (it currently requires administrative rights on Windows 7; on Windows 10 you can install with non-administrative users too, but you have to manually choose a path that is writable for the user).
The .sh file attached below extracts executables which should run on Linux 64bit with libc6 >= 2.23 (tested on Linux Mint 18.1, Ubuntu 16.04, Ubuntu 18.10). To start the GUI program, run the "open_iA" executable within the extracted folder; for command-line processing, run "open_iA_cmd".
New in this release:
- Adaptable slice plane opacity
- Support for volumes with origins other than 0,0,0
- Fixed handling of special characters in file names
- Extract Image: Indication of extracted cube in 3D view
- ASTRA: possibility to initialize SIRT/CGLS with FDK reconstruction
See the Compatibility page in our wiki for more information on the included libraries and build environments used to create the binaries linked to above.
