Basic structure agreed upon + beamlattice spec accepted (#2)

This merge commit covers a bunch of work developing the beamlattice spec in GFM. One giant step... * working on formatting * some ToC, some formatting * escape less than? * less than greater than * ToC + starting the table * list in a table - kinda messy :/ * even messier :( * trying again * and again * i think this is it * moving along! * formatting that image table a little tighter * and a little looser * centering stuff * trying again to center * and again * and again * no centering * moving along :) * and more * and a little bit more * mostly done * linking the ToC * small changes * deleting this file; beamlattice_test.md is current * specified that the specs are in Markdown * renamed beamlattice_test.md to beamlattice.md * finished up the images * resized beamset image
