I am adding some custom icons and would like to submit a pull request for your review once they are done but I am not quite clear on what files are source and what files are output only.

I have started editing the ttf using fontforge. Do I go from that ttf to all the other formats or am I doing it wrong?

This would be good info to have in the README.
