Show emoji-only messages at larger size

When a message consists only of (a) one paragraph which (b) consists entirely of one or more emoji, we plan to start showing the emoji at a larger size.

This is a purely client-side change, when displaying the message. The web app will be doing this soon, and we should match the same behavior in the mobile app.

Hey @gnprice,

I'd like to take on this feature.

My plan has two parts:

1. I'll create a utility function using a robust RegEx to validate the message content.
2. I'll integrate that function into the UI rendering component to conditionally increase the font size.

Does this approach sound right?

Is this issue currently available for assignment?
