Little mismatch of generated firmware file

I generated the firmware file myself out of the source code available at this moment but there are 4 bytes that are mismatched against the .bin file available here. Is this a big deal? I haven't tested it on real hardware because I don't have it. Anyone please let me know if I missed something or this is the expected result (I got over 20 warnings during building like unused variables, mismatched types etc. but I didn't correct anything as I didn't work on it). Thanks
