Feature Request: Download telegram photo and post to imgur

Hi,

Telegram users often post photos, while IRC users can only receive a [photo]. Maybe it's better to download telegram photo, and post it to imgur or somewhere else, then send image link to IRC users.

Someone also suggested me to add this function yesterday. It's a great suggestion but I am busy 复习ing 考研 (actually it's mainly because I am lazy XD). And I also have a plan to rewrite this bot since the new version of telegram-cli is now supporting JSON data. I may begin these work when I have leisure time.
