Manually update Android project to run e2e tests

• with Detox it requires manually setup for Android https://wix.github.io/Detox/docs/introduction/project-setup#step-4-additional-android-configuration
• we cannot just use the built android folder to run Detox tests (previously the android folder is ignored and it will be created after running npm run android
• in this commit it keeps the android folder in the repo 42e0b2b
• not sure if it will break the mopro-cli

Solutions

1. add scripts to add manually setup for Android
2. if it doesn't break we will keep the android folder
