时间尺 TimeRulerView 放大到最大级别 demo里是滑到07:16:21再往后面滑的话不管滑多少都会再退回到这个时间点貌似由于fling效果导致的异常

我发现了就是这个fling时最大的值的问题,由于最大只能停留到maxDistance 麻烦作者处理一下呗
